Training Clients

- Advising clients on the most appropriate dispute resolution process.
- Acting as Mediator, Arbitrator and Negotiator in various kinds of disputes.
- Representing clients before Arbitration Tribunals involving disputes arising out of agreements with private parties involving joint venture agreements, marketing agreements, sale agreements, construction contracts as well as claims against the Government departments or Government companies arising out of supply contracts, construction contracts etc.
- Conducting arbitration under the Indian Arbitration Act, 1996, SIAC, UNCITRAL and ICC Rules
- Representing clients before High Courts and the Supreme Court in Arbitration petitions for interim measures, appointment of arbitrators and enforcement of awards etc.
