Antidumping
The Firm also has expertise to deal with anti-dumping investigations initiated by the Indian authorities, namely, the Ministry of Commerce & Industry through the Director General of Anti-Dumping. Several members of the Firm have involved in a number of antidumping, countervailing and safeguard duty investigations and represented the domestic industry as well as foreign manufacturers and exporters to India.
