The Banking and Finance group also provides representation to finance companies and other financial institutions in a wide variety of lending and other financing transactions, including large multi-bank credit facilities, asset-backed and secured loans, real estate loans, letter of credit facilities, Mortgage loan, Loan against Property, Purchase Loan and Home loan etc.
